Giving Back to Houston’s Entrepreneurial Community

We believe success is most meaningful when it’s shared. That’s why we’re proud to celebrate our COO, Zubin Kotwal, who recently served as a panelist for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program Cohort 42 final pitch presentations.

A Full-Circle Moment

As an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses program, Zubin knows firsthand how transformative the experience can be. The program empowers entrepreneurs to refine their growth strategies, build stronger businesses, and contribute more meaningfully to their communities.

This week, he joined a panel of local leaders to listen to Cohort 42 entrepreneurs present their final pitches, which are growth plans designed to take their businesses to the next level. Panelists offered feedback, encouragement, and guidance, giving participants real-world insight as they prepare to scale.

Supporting the Next Generation of Business Leaders

This moment reflects a commitment to giving back. Houston’s entrepreneurial community is filled with bold, innovative business owners, and we’re honored to support them through mentorship, partnership, and shared experience.

“Being able to support other entrepreneurs on their journey is both humbling and inspiring,” Zubin said. “I’m grateful for the chance to give back to a program that gave me so much.”

Congratulations to Cohort 42

We extend our warmest congratulations to the Cohort 42 graduates. Completing this program is a milestone achievement. We can’t wait to see how each entrepreneur continues to grow, innovate, and strengthen Houston’s business community.

We remain committed to walking alongside them… because when small businesses succeed, we all succeed.
